12th April 2008
Kite buggying - boarding: Sandwich Bay
Wind Direction: SW
Wind Stength: 20-25mph
Surf / Sea State:
Air Temperature: 10
Sea Temperature:
Weather: broken cloud
Max Speed: 31.3mph (knots - unless stated otherwise)
Distance Covered: ???

Wind was forecast WSW or SW depending on where you looked. I decided it was more likely to be WSW so instead of cross-shore at Camber I would head for Sandwich Bay where it should be offshore.
It was blowing at Sandwich, setup the Iguana on disks and the 2.2m, had a few runs, realised that the wind was actually SW (cross-off) but only after doing a fast run a mile one way and having to beat back.
Got some good speeds in, the disks are awesome for that beach.
Stopped after a while and rigged up the tandem, gave Fiona a tow for a bit and then packed in as a dark cloud was heading our way.
Should really have done Camber as it turns out the beach there was pretty empty.
